Every single visitor is a potential customer, but not every customer is a visitor.

Readers visit your website or read your blog because they usually need information.  If you are giving the readers exactly what they are looking for then you are providing value for these readers.  When you provide Value for the readers, then they find your website valuable and useful, therefore they will be coming for often.

Every Visitor is a Potential Referrer:

• The visitor that have visited your site are the ones that spread the word about your service or product.  If you were able to provide concrete value to them in a way that has helped them tremendously, they will voluntarily spread the word out for you.
